Switchboard Operator (Part - Time)

Job Description: Position is responsible for operating the switchboard, handling all incoming phone calls to the Credit Union in a professional and pleasant manner, transferring calls to appropriate department(s) and person(s), and making sure transfers of calls are completed.

Requirements:
Scheduled working hours are from 1:00 pm till 5:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday and 1:00 pm till 6:00 pm on , Thursday, Friday.

Trainer

Job Description: Position designs, develops, maintains and conducts core (Member Service Representitive, Teller and Loan Personnel) training programs for both staff and management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree needed. Experience in a financial institution preferred.
