Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)		A Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)* is a form of revolving credit in which a member's home serves as collateral. We offer variable rate equity lines of credit that allow you to borrow and repay multiple times. By using the equity in your home, you may qualify for a sizable amount of credit with a competitive interest rate. SRP Federal Credit Union HELOC Advantages: Preapproved line of credit; Adjustable interest rate with15% lifetime cap; Convenient ways to access your cash: by letter, by phone, by TYME Line, by visiting a branch, by PC TYME or by access check; HELOC Access Checks; Interest paid may be tax deductible (see your tax advisor); and Up to 100% loan-to-value financing available. *As of 11-2009, the variable APR for home equity lines of credit ranges from 2.25% - 5.25% APR. This interest rate is subject to change, but will not exceed 15% APR. Consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of interest. Property insurance is required. FHA Home Improvement Loans		Looking for a quick, convenient, affordable way to spruce up your home? FHA Home Improvement Loans are available at SRP Federal Credit Union. You are not required to have equity in your home. Inquire About a Mortgage

First Mortgage Loans		SRP Federal Credit Union offers mortgage loans using your primary residence. We offer long-term mortgage loans with no origination fee or discount points, and low closing costs. Modest Home Loans		Members who do not qualify in the traditional mortgage market may qualify for our modest home loan. SRP Federal Credit Union offers modest home loans for purchasing or refinancing. Fixed and adjustable interest rates are available. Loan amounts may be approved up to 100% of the property value. Flexible terms are available. Inquire About a Mortgage
