Branch Manager

SRP Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager with 5 or more years of experience including 3 years of supervisory experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a financial institution.  Responsible for motivating their team to acquire, expand, and retain member relationships while leading their team and maximizing performance to ensure achievement of the strategic goals of the organization. Relies on their extensive financial services experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.  Provides coaching and sales leadership to the branch staff and promotes a positive image of the Credit Union inside and outside the workplace.
