SRP Federal Credit Union is seeking a Management Trainee with 5 or more years of experience including 1 year retail & supervisory, or 2 years of credit union & 1 year of supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. College degree preferred. Responsible for learning all aspect of the Retail Branch environment. Assist the branch manager with planning and directing the activities of the branch staff to provide effective Credit Union services to meet the needs of our membership in an efficient, professional and courteous manner. Promote a positive image of the Credit Union both inside and outside the workplace.
