Phone Center Manager

SRP Federal Credit Union located in North Augusta, SC is seeking an energetic and highly motivated professional to join our management team.  This individual will have the responsibility plans, directs, organize and oversee the operations, member service and sales activities of phone center employees.  Ensures that staff is able to identify the financial need of each member, take extraordinary steps to offer solution to meet those needs and deliver SRP’s products and services accurately, efficiently and in a courteous manner. Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent experience required, or over three years and up to and including five years required.
