Digital Privacy Policy

SRPFCU’s mobile applications periodically collect, transmit, and use geolocation information to enable features that prevent fraudulent card use and send alerts; to locate the nearest branch and/or ATM; and to support advertising, but only if the End User expressly authorizes collection of such information. Location data can be collected on a continuous basis when the app is closed or not in use, in the background only while the Solution is being used, or not at all, depending on the End User’s selection. End Users can change their location permissions at any time in their device settings.

Google Analytics

How do we use Google Analytics? We use Google Analytics to better understand how users are visiting and using our Sites. We do not use Google Analytics to track, collect or upload any data that personally identifies an individual (such as name, address, or email address) or other data which can be reasonably linked to such information by Google. We do not receive personally identifiable information about users on our Sites. Affiliates


Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Our affiliates include financial companies, such as SRP Insurance Services, LLC.


Nonaffiliates


Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • SRP Federal Credit Union does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.


Joint marketing


A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • Our joint marketing partners include insurance, investment, and financial services companies.
